In the event of material damages resulting from any or all accidents, fires, malfunctions due to the fault of the Visitor/Participant these will be entirely borne by the Participant, whether the damages were inflicted on the Organizer or on third parties.

Other obligations incumbent upon the Participant, their employees, and third parties contracted by them include:
• adherence to designated access points for individuals and vehicles, established routes, time intervals, work schedules communicated by the Organizer, and designated zones for activities and parking;
• compliance with access control entering/leaving the event area;
• adherence to designated smoking areas;
• prohibition of open flame operations without a fire operation permit – authorized by competent authorities;
• prohibition of using improvised and/or unauthorized electrical, thermal, gas, water installations as per legal standards;
• regular inspection of work areas to prevent malfunctions, accidents, or other incidents;
• compliance with environmental protection regulations;
• no weapons onsite;
• no misbehavior; any misbehavior and/or inappropriate language is strictly forbidden. Security agents can evacuate any person who does not behave properly;
• please wear adequate clothing (no short pants, not tank top allowed); the organizer can refuse the entrance of an individual that is not dressed accordingly to the status of the trade show.

Onsite there is no parking available for visitors.
